Our room was clean and well prepared. The full english breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the bar was well attended in a very pleasant ambience. All the staff were very pleasant helpful and professional, you couldn't ask for better.

I'm not asking for a view of the palace when the word superior is used in the description but that was the most disheartening experience of a room I've ever had. It should be a closet. "
